Think Tank Nepal is an independent, collaborative, multifarious and multidimensional social organization with a goal of reducing poverty in respects of all social dimensions outreaching the impossible to attain the possible results by delivering honest and selfless voluntary services to the policy makers of the country. While the nation is in critical and complicated circumstances, our leaders get baffled and find difficult to formulate policies that indeed help take instant actions to sort out the political, diplomatic and developmental problems.

Nation-building is the prime goal of Think Tank Nepal and therefore, it aims to unearthing the problems and seeking the most efficient solutions to fight the challenges emerged in especially political and diplomatic arenas of the country. Collaboration and coordination with the intellectuals, who can genuinely and independently deliver the advisory services, when required, interfere in the policy making with fair and just intention for assisting the nation to grow stronger with crystal image and impression among the countries which have retained the record of excellence.

Think Tank Nepal has observed that the political stability is a must for smooth growth in other sectors of the country as political system works as a brain in democracy that commands the whole body i.e. social, economic, and educational, health, diplomatic, environmental and cultural domains. The strength of the rest is conditioned by the fairness and smooth pace in the political mechanism that indeed influences all aspects of the nation. Under this condition, TTN has decided to work for nation building with the principle of classification of areas which are explicitly linked with the developmental process. The following shall be the panels to ease the research:

1. Political Panel: Political Parties, Government, Opposition, Agitating Groups
2. Social Panel: Education and Health
3. Economic Panel: Business, Commerce, Banks, Employment, Potentials for Productivity
4. Cultural Panel: Ethnicities, Diversity, Nationalities, Multiculturalism, Acculturation etc.
5. Environmental Panel: Climatic Equilibrium, Ecological Challenges and Solutions, Water supply, sewage, road construction, sanitation, cleanliness awareness
6. International Panel: Diplomacy, National Interests, Interdependent Business and Trades, Embargo, Treaties, Extradition, International Intervention, Human Rights and so on

 

Objectives

Think Tank Nepal is ambitious in achieving a goal of helping the nation strengthen national integrity, the principle of interdependence in the pretext of globalization and broaden the definition of nationalism i.e. yet perceived parochial at present by diverse communities and segments of the country. To accomplish this, the following shall be on the top of priority:

1. It aims to connect intellectuals especially from political, cultural and diplomatic domains into a single thread for providing timely advice and suggestions to state and non state actors.
2. It intends to help the policy makers think of the developmental issues in a fresh context in order for incorporating all the marginalized and backward communities and empowering them to play crucial roles in rebuilding the nation which turns sustainable and democratic in practice.
3. It seeks to explore the facts and potentials and help convert them into novel forms in efficient manners.
4. It endeavors to yield the ground for economic development by resolving political and cultural turmoil.
